Join us for a workshop with Sarah Friar, CEO of Nextdoor, a social networking service for neighborhoods. Prior to her role at Nextdoor, Sarah was the CFO of Square for six years. She helped Square launch its IPO in 2015 and added $30 billion in market cap.
Sarah is currently a board member at Walmart and Slack. Previously, she served on the board of New Relic. She has also held executive positions at Salesforce and Goldman Sachs.
Hailing from Northern Ireland, Sarah got her bachelors in Economics from the University of Oxford. She later received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Sarah will talk about what it is like to be a woman CEO and board member, her journey, and the role of confidence in her success.
